How did H.H. Holmes put people at ease?

            H. H. Holmes had a special ability, and that was making people deceive into thinking he was safe. Early on, Holmes has a good outfit because he was a doctor. Usually, people have believability in doctors because they help them to heal sickness and diseases. Holmes acted as if he was a kind person, and he received respectful from his patients and his staffs. Another reason that Holmes easily assuaged people fear was his success. He was rich, and he has a pharmacy and a hotel. All of those made people trust him easier, and his victims feel comfortable when they stayed with him.

Screams of H.H.Holmes' victims

This is a picture about the fear theme of H.H.Holmes, the first serial killer in Chicago and in America. The picture shows us about the fear of victims with Holmes's accurst actions in his scary hotel. You can feel about horrible feelings of the woman showing in her face. She was afraid and lose all her hope. Holmes struck that woman with consternation, and he did it very successful. A Big Deal That You Made In Your Life

A Big Deal That You Made In Your Life

In your life, have you ever deal with a big and hard challenge? If you can do it, it will be a great success in your life. Otherwise, everybody will laugh at you. Your decision can lead you to the heaven or go to hell. With me, I used to make that hard decision, and I did it when I worked in Viet Nam in two years ago.

This happened when I was a newcomer and a new staff in administrative body. I was very excited with new jobs and new opportunities.

The Devil In The White City, First Impress and Experience!

First of all, my first feeling and experience about the book "Devil in the White City" is interesting. This book begin with an Evils Imminent making readers very curious. Erik Larson has a skillful way to attract everybody into the story. The book Devil in the White City" begins with two different person having two different jobs, one is an architect, and another is a killer. Both of them didn't meet together before, but some how, they have a relative by a single or magical event. This beginning makes readers want to read more about this book. As a result, "Devil in the White City" has a good starting.

Next, in the first chapter "Black City", Erik Larson starts with the sentence: "How easy it was to disappear". After that, he wrote about the number of young woman come and go out without notice in Chicago everyday. It is easy way for the killer to have his action. Moreover, it is also a dangerous city with "anonymous death came early and often", so it makes readers want to know what happen in the next chapter. A perfect beginning because it hits directly into inquisitive mental process of people. All of this makes the book "Devil in the White City" becoming a #1 national bestseller book.
